NYC Pizza isn’t just a name — it’s a love story, a food adventure, and a slice of the Big Apple brought home to Hanoi.

It all started when an English guy and a Vietnamese girl fell in love, got married, and honeymooned in New York. There, they discovered the magic of the classic NYC slice — thin, crispy, cheesy, unforgettable. They couldn’t stop thinking about it.

So they went back. Not for the honeymoon, but on a full-blown pizza mission — walking through snowstorms, talking to legendary pizzaiolos, and tasting slice after slice until they learned the secrets of true New York pizza.

Today, that passion lives in every slice we serve — from our hand-tossed dough and rich tomato sauce to our electric deck oven and bold flavours.
